ABOUT MEDIATION Mediation is an Alternative Dispute Process which is conducted by an impartial individual called a mediator which is often an attorney.  A mediation is a somewhat informal process, usually in the context of litigation with Lemon Law claims, and often court-ordered.  At a mediation, the respective parties (i.e., consumer and manufacturer) meet and attempt to resolve the matter with the aid and assistance of the impartial mediator.  Mediations often times will resolve a case with San Diego CA Lemon Law claims and other civil matters.  As such, mediations tend to be a favored method of alternative dispute resolution by courts.
