Why we need the LEMON LAW.....   Okay, so why do we need the lemon law?  Well, picture this.  You buy a car- it's spick and span, really great.  It's your pride and joy.  Next thing, it shuts down on you while you're driving on the freeway- suddenly and without warning.  Your pride and joy has become a tremendously dangerous vehicle.  You take it into the dealership time and time again, and time and time again, the dealership replaces parts- but to no avail.  Without the lemon law, you have no choice but to continue to drive the vehicle or to trade it in and take a tremendous financial hit.  With the lemon law, you have recourse, you have remedial action, you have a solution.
